• We deliver to addresses in Warwick, Coventry and Leamington.

• Deliveries are scheduled for Mondays. Time slots will be confirmed via email or SMS the day before delivery.

• Customers must provide a valid delivery address and ensure someone is present to accept the order during the delivery window.

• Meals are delivered chilled or frozen, suitable for immediate refrigeration or freezing.

• If there is no answer at delivery, meals will be left at your doorstep unless otherwise specified. Gon Thai Kitchen accepts no responsibility once a meal has been delivered and left unattended.

• Delivery fees are included in your package price. Any changes to delivery rates will be communicated in advance.

• For food safety, meals should be promptly refrigerated and consumed or frozen as advised on the label.

• Customers must notify us of any access issues, self-isolation, or illness in advance to enable safe delivery arrangements.
