These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases and use of the Gon Thai Kitchen website and services. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional policies referenced herein.

2. Service

Gon Thai Kitchen provides freshly prepared Thai and Asian meals, delivered to the address specified during ordering. All meals are prepared in accordance with food safety laws and delivered in freezer friendly and microwave safe packaging.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be placed and paid for online via our website. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Cancellations & Amendments

Orders may be amended provided written notice is sent at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery and once placed cannot be refunded.

5. Allergens & Dietary Needs

Please check all ingredient and allergen labels provided. While we take great care to prevent cross contamination, all our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and other allergens.

6. Liability

Gon Thai Kitchen is not liable for any allergic reactions, food intolerances, or misuse of our products after delivery, including improper storage or reheating.
